Laura Aaltonen

I'm the CEO and co-founder of the games startup Cryptic Cargo, which produces the first truly portable, self-controlled escape room experiences in the world. I was overwhelmed with the warmth, inclusiveness and help I got when I first stumbled upon Women in Games during spring 2018, so I decided to join first the WiGFi admin group, and when the NGO was founded also the WiGFi board. My role is to organise events and create event processes.

ASK ME
My background is in marketing, and I'm most knowledgeable in topics around that area. My biggest interests in marketing are branding, service design and true customer orientation. Startups are my passion so I'd love to talk about any ideas you might have, brainstorm with you or even discuss such things as personal development and self-confidence.
